Thursday morning we met Jeff and Donna at Cracker Barrel in Smyrna for breakfast and had a wonderful visit with them. They made a quick trip from Alaska to visit friends in South Carolina and came to Tennessee to look at homes and to get Donna's mom's house ready for her return. We got a few days to visit with them while they were in Tennessee and are thankful for every minute of it.
Yesterday was the Puckett family Christmas dinner. I'm not sure how many were there but I know we all had a good time. Ham, turkey, taters and dressing. Pies, cakes, candy and nuts. Children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. What a wonderful day. Thank you God for the birth of your son Jesus and for the wonderful family we are so blessed to be a part of.
This morning we went to visit Tommy, Nicole, Hunter and Parker. We played Domino's and guess who won? Tommy, and he wasn't even keeping score. Pray for Hunter, he wasn't feeling very well. This afternoon we went to Suzy and Doug's. Suzy and the kids hadn't got back from Columbia yet so we left their gifts with Doug. He was busy building a train track to run around the top of Aaron's bedroom wall. It's going to be awesome.
A week from today we will be heading south and I still haven't packed the camper. I have put a few clothes in but the rest is still being thought about. Like I said, tomorrow's another day.
